| We currently use national couriers to deliver all of our orders to the UK.
Please note:
1) Our daily cut-off time for dispatches is 2.30pm.
2) No dispatches are made on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays
3) Our carriers, in order to keep delivery charges at a minimum, will not make deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
4) We are able to offer Next Day, Timed and Saturday deliveries by prior arrangement with our sales team at an additional cost.
5) Non receipt of an order by the client due to no-one being at the delivery address to receive it and the client not responding to the "Please get in touch with us card" (which in these circumstances will have been left by the courier and provides the client with contact details to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver) will result in the order being shipped back to us and we will incur a return charge. Therefore, should the client require the order to be re-sent a charge of £30.00 will apply to cover the return charges and additional administration A refund of the order cost to the client will not apply under these circumstances.
All our orders/deliveries do require a signature by the recipient. Any instructions by the recipient to leave the order without a signature will be at the recipients risk. If you are unsure may we suggest instructions are left to leave the order with a neighbour.
For England, Scotland, Wales & Isle of Wight only delivery is £7.99 for orders below £100.00 or FREE for orders over £100.00. Delivery time for stock items to these locations is usually 2-3 working days from receipt of order and payment. This is our aim and is not a guarantee.
For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Grampian, Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Shetland or Western Isles Standard Delivery is £26.99 for orders below £150.00 or FREE for orders over £150.00 (with the exception of large or bulky items for which carriage may have to be revised.
